Motivation Matters joins Cambridge Chamber of Commerce...

Motivation Matters, based in Sudbury, Suffolk, became members of Cambridgeshire Chamber in February. They offer business advice, management training, executive coaching, mentoring and interim management.

Their mission is to make work profitable and enjoyable. They believe that no business or organization can be effective if the people are not properly motivated.

Stephen and Anne Walker met with Stan Taylor at the networking breakfast, Orton Hall, Peterborough at the end of March. Since joining the Chamber they have traveled across the county to attend many Chamber networking events.

Stephen has 35 years experience in business, managing people for 30 of those years. To add to this solid practical experience, Stephen has added a Masters in Management and diplomas in accounting and marketing and is a qualified Chartered Engineer.

Anne has 20 years of education and five years Government administration experience.
The education experience covers a wide range of subjects and ages. Anne is a qualified teacher
and has had three years training to teach.
