Our next Perform will be in September 2009

The Great Leader Series - Emmilene Pankhurst

Emmilene PankhurstAs a young woman in the 1970s and the age of ‘Women’s Lib’, it would have been impossible for me to have not been aware of the battle for ‘equality for women, the symbolic burning of bras and the fight for equal pay and pensions.

However it seemed then, that many campaigners were unaware of the battles that had gone before paving the way for their freedom to campaign. Although there are still many battles left to fight, we at least have a small voice in parliament.

Current Thinking

Holiday season in the UK so this month's Perform is brief.

We all wish you a good holiday and hope you take the opportunity to relax after an arduous first half of 2009.

Holidays are a good time to recharge your soul and start to think about strategy and goals, when the phone isn't ringing all the time!

In particular we would like you to think about the economic cycle. Are we coming out of recession? Will it be a double dip recession? Will recovery be slow?

Whatever the future holds investing in a willing innovative pro-active organisation is a good idea.

We look forward to hearing from you!
