However we are aware that some companies want you to sign up to a big programme of work, which is a terrible commitment if you are not satisfied. We wish to clearly separate ourselves from this way of working. You are satisfied with everything we do or we do it once more. Even more than that, if you are still not satisfied then you do not pay. To assure your satisfaction each session or day must be approved satisfactory by you at the end of that session or day. If we cannot satisfy you after repeating that session or day then the programme of work will cease immediately. You only pay for what satisfies you.
