Make the jobs enjoyable, notice employee’s performance, build a fair organization and remember the contract of employment: You only have any say over what happens at work not the rest of the time. They are all wonderful people, mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers so if there is a work problem then that is the focus, behaviour at work. They are not bad people! Treat people with respect firmly.
