Sudbury-based Motivation Matters Limited is a new company which concentrates on motivation within organisations. The directors, Anne and Stephen Walker, passionately believe that a well motivated workforce works better and therefore, performance improves.

Their system looks at job design, management processes and organisation culture, and aims to understand specific needs, and to train leaders to recognise and understand how these factors affect the working environment.
